The new MaxMod smart filler all-in-one production line is our highly acclaimed product, which is fully functional and compact in design. It has 6 major functions: conveying, cleaning, filling, capping, cap-pressing, and puck out.
The modular design ensures flexibility in production and can be adjusted according to the actual production requirements.
The machine is servo driven, which helps to maintain accuracy and speed.It is suitable for all kinds of liquids and bottle types, compared with traditional filling machines, it has better compatibility, more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It improves efficiency while reducing costs, helping you with more production plans!

MaxMod consists of 6 modules:
Conveyor Module, Air-cleaning Module, Filling Module, Capping Module, Cap-pressing Module and Puck-out Module.

Only covers an area of 12 square meters!

Bottle fixers and claw heads can be replaced according to different sizes of caps and bottles. The process of capping and cap-pressing can be interchanged conveniently.
