According to its production process requirements, it can be divided into 6 modules, they are Conveyor Module, Air Purification Module, Filling Module, Cap-pressing Module,Capping Module and Puck-out Module. Modules are as follows:
First: Circulating Conveyor Module
Bottle holders are used throughout the whole production line, which are suitable for various kinds of shaped bottles, or small bottles.
Second: Air Purification Module
The blow cleaning machine mainly blows up the dust and other foreign substances inside the bottle through air pressure, and then sucks out the internal foreign substances through negative pressure.While it has 4 heads to blow and clean at the same time.
Third: Filling Machine Module
It has 4 heads for filling at the same time. The most important thing is that it is suitable for materials with different viscosities. What's more worth mentioning is that its filling volume is adjustable.
In Filling Machine Module, we have 3 kinds of blanking nozzles to fill.
Blanking Nozzle A: It is suitable for water, emulsion and materials, corresponding to the bottle mouth size diameter is greater than or equal to 15mm.
Blanking Nozzle B: It is suitable for cream, eye cream and other materials, and the correspongding bottle mouth size diameter is greater than or euqal to 20mm.
Blanking Nozzle C: It is suitable for materials such as serums, and the corresponding bottle mouth size diameter is greater than or equal to 10mm.
Fourth: Cap-pressing Machine Module
It has 2 heads for cap-pressing, which can cap 2 bottles at a time.
Fifth: Capping Mchine Module
It has 2 capping jaws. And the jaw blade can be changed according to different bottles, and the height of the jaw head can be adjusted too.
Sixth: Puck-out Module
Its function is to take the finished products from the bottle trays and then put it to the post-conveyor line for the post-process. It has 4 claws for grabbing the packaged bottles, which can complete the picking and placing of 4 bottles at a time.
