It's widely used for filling different materials in various bottles, featuring easy and too-free changeover.
3.1 Features
1. Filling piston-volume metering method is adopted. The servo motor controls the filling head and adopts multi-stage dived filling, which is suitable for products that are easy to foam during filling.2. Easier changeover
The filling parameters of each filling nozzle can be set or modified on the touch screen, or directly call the stored parameters of different products for changeover, and the PLC has the function of batch modification and storage.
3. Filling nozzle protection design
This filling machine adopts anti-collision self-protection function of filling nozzle. Once the filling nozzle is not inserted into the bottle correctly, or when it collides with other objects, the filling nozzle can be automatically disengaged from the mounting seat, and the filling nozzle as a whole will stop descending or lift quickly to avoid damage or injury to the filling nozzle.
There is a set of sensors installed on both sides of the nozzle, which can sense signals from each other under normal working conditions. It can be sensed when the nozzle is lifted and stops immediately.
3.2 Main components
3.2.1 Storage tank
It adopts cylinder storage tank to ensure that there is no dead angle when cleaning. At the same time, the liquid storage tank is equipped with at least 2 rotating spray balls on the left and right, and 360° spray cleaning without dead angle. A liquid level detection device is designed inside. The filling program designs the liquid level detection range. When the feeding liquid level reaches the high liquid level, the feeding will be stopped. When the liquid level of the tank is lower than the low liquid level, the feeding will be continued.

3.2.2 Filling nozzle with diving function
Its specially designed 2-stage filling nozzles feature high precision and long service life. Double-stroke cylinder controls the opening and closing of the nozzle, the first stroke is used for rough filling of about 80% of the filling volume, to enhance the filling speed and reduce the generation of foam during the filling process, the second section of the remaining about 20% of the filling volume to start the fine filling to ensure the filling accuracy.Dive down to a position near the bottom of the bottle before the filling nozzle is opened. After the filling nozzle opens, it is gradually raised above liquid level during the filling process.The purpose is to reduce the impact brought by the height drop, thus reducing the generation of foam.

3.2.3 Feeding hose
It adopts branded conveying pipe, which conforms to food grade FDA, smooth EPDM rubber, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance, and is sterilized at 110 degrees for 30 minutes.

4.2 Main components
4.2.1 Bottle feeding
The bottle-in screw is used to separate the bottles before entering the capping. It is processed by contour design, which ensures precise and fast bottle feeding; gentle movements, no damage to bottle.

4.2.2 Cap-feeding and dividing
It adopts air blower to feed caps and the cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the white part in the following pic needs to be changed.

4.2.3 Tube fixing
No matter for the trigger tube or the pump tube, the fixer design will ensure the cap into the bottle in the right way.

4.2.4 Clutch Capping
During capping process, torque evenly spreads to four wheels; Make non-relative motion between wheels and caps; High-precious torque control system, a stable and reasonable torque value.

4.2.5 Bottle positioning
For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The template and puck are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.

4.2.6 Unqualified product rejecting
A double-conveyor belt with detection sensor is installed at the bottle exit. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (missing cap/tube and misapplied cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor by using a swing cylinder.

4.2.7 Automatic cap elevator and unscrambler
It is to arrange the disorderly cap regularly for the trigger caps. The cap is outputted from the cap-feeding channel in an orderly manner, and the capping machine is grasped by the cap divider.- The speed of the unscrambler is automatically adjusted according to the elevator.
