1. 6-head piston filling machine

1.1 Features
1. Huituo SFLP filling machine is mainly composed of storage tank, liquid level detection, filling nozzle, piston, bottler stopper, conveying system and Siemens control systems etc.
2. It's widely used for filling different materials in various bottles, featuring easy and too-free changeover.
3. Filling piston-volume metering method is adopted and each filling nozzle is controlled by one servo motor.
4. The whole line adopts pucks for smooth operation. We choose the three-row bottle in/out to improve speed requirement.

5. Filling nozzle protection design
This filling machine adopts anti-collision self-protection function of filling nozzle. Once the filling nozzle is not inserted into the bottle correctly, or when it collides with other objects, the filling nozzle can be automatically disengaged from the mounting seat, and the filling nozzle as a whole will stop descending or lift quickly to avoid damage or injury to the filling nozzle.
There is a set of sensors installed on both sides of the nozzle, which can sense signals from each other under normal working conditions. It can be sensed when the nozzle is lifted and stops immediately.
1.2 Main components
1.2.1 Vertical Buffer tank
It adopts vertical buffer tank for easier clean, the 360 ° spray ball without dead angle. It is composed of the main tank body, the feeding pipe, the cleaning pipe, spray ball, the liquid level detection sensor, and the mechanical safety valve etc. The replenishment of the tank is performed according to the feedback signal of the liquid level detection. When the liquid level is at the set low liquid level, the valve opens and starts to replenish. When the high liquid level is set, the valve closes and stops feeding.

1.2.3 Piston cylinder
Piston cylinder & valve quick disassembly: the connection part adopts clamp type quick release joint. The piston part is designed with an automatic cylinder release function, which can realize the automatic detachment of the piston head from the piston cylinder body and facilitate the automatic cleaning.

1.2.4 Feeding hose
It adopts branded conveying pipe, which conforms to food grade FDA, smooth EPDM rubber, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance, and is sterilized at 110 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. 6-head rotary servo pump capping machine

2.1 Bottle-feeding by screw rod
The bottle-in screw is processed by contour design, with precise and fast bottle feeding. The screw drive follows the main drive, the screw angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the star wheel. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.

2.2 Cap-feeding
The cappper adopts servo motor for cap-feeding chain. The servo motor has the advantages of periodic start and stop, periodic positive and negative rotation, which reduces noise and avoid cap-stuck.

2.3 Cap-dividing
The cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the white part in the following pic needs to be changed.

2.4 Servo capping
Each capping head is equipped with one servo motor. During capping process, torque evenly spreads to three symmetric points; Keep static station between claws and bottles during capping; -Torque switching between different products can be achieved simply by changing the set value of the program.

2.5 Bottle positioning
The star wheels are made of PP, designed by bottle shape, with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched; and allows quick changeover. For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design.

2.6 Rejection of no cap or misapplied cap (Sensor detection)
A double-conveyor belt with detection sensor is installed at the bottle exit. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (missing cap and misapplied cap-higher than 2mm) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.

2.7 Automatic cap elevator and unscrambler
It is to arrange the disorderly pump caps regularly by vibrating principle. The cap is outputted from the cap-feeding channel in an orderly manner, and the capping machine is grasped by the cap divider. The speed of the unscrambler is automatically adjusted according to the elevator. The sorter is automatically controlled by the capping machine interface, without manual adjustment.
