Circulating Conveyor Module
Bottle holders are used throughout the whole production line, for various kinds bottles from height 30-260mm and 25-85mm, filling Volume20-500ml .
Filling Machine Module
4 heads for filling at the same time. Suitable for materials with different viscosities. Filling volume is adjustable.
Capping Mchine Module
2 capping jaws. And the jaw blade can be changed according to different bottles, and the height of the jaw head can be adjusted too.And can be exchaned with capping-pressing module easily.
Puck-out Module
To take the finished products from the bottle trays and then put it to the post-conveyor line for the post-process. It has 4 claws for grabbing the packaged bottles, which can complete the picking and placing of 4 bottles at a time.
